*Draft, manage, and negotiate a wide variety of complex contracts with an emphasis on IP licensing, game development, and publishing platforms/distribution. *Work closely with our Business Development team regarding various collaborations, partnerships and other initiatives relating to integration of world class intellectual property into company’s games. *Partner with our Corporate Development team across a range of developer partnerships which will include drafting and negotiating development agreements, equity and debt financing agreements (e.g. subscription agreements, SAFEs and convertible notes), and M&A agreements $139,600 – $200,000
